The Front Panel Programming (FPP) Feature

The FPP feature allows the radio-user to modify Conventional channel parameters directly through the radio's front panel, meaning the radio's menu navigation and keypad buttons. The radio-user can therefore re-program certain Conventional communications fields without the use of the CPS.
